Discounts & Cancellation
Throughout the season, a standard 10% discount will apply to anyone renting either unit for a period of one month or more.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations should be made as soon as possible.
If you cancel 45 days (or more) prior to the date of occupancy, a full refund will be given.
If you cancel 45 days (or less) prior to the date of occupancy, a refund will be given only if the unit can be rented to another guest.
